Meet the House
Nice to meet you. We're so glad you're here.

Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m deeply passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen and understood. I know firsthand how transformative it is to feel accepted for who you are —especially after struggling through my own postpartum period. I believe that when we embrace our full selves (scary thoughts, anxieties and all), we can access deeper emotional depths to create real, lasting change and healing.
After completing my education in Boulder, CO and San Diego, CA in 2017, I focused my clinical practice on Dialectical Behavior Therapy for women. I am comprehensively trained in DBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Perinatal Mental Health. If you work with me, I will provide you with a safe space to let it all out, sort through your feelings, and create a plan to build towards the life that you want. I will support you through compassion, curiosity, and honest feedback.

Hi, I'm Dre! I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on anxiety, depression, attachment issues, major life transitions, and postpartum mental health. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
As a mom of two, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing personal identity, parenthood, and mental well-being. I bring both professional expertise and real-life perspective into the therapy room, offering a supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow.
Outside of my work, I find joy in movement and exploration—whether it’s through exercise, hiking, or traveling to new places. I believe in the power of adventure and self-discovery, and I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their own sense of purpose, strength, and balance.

Administrator
Hi, I'm Becky! I am honored to support the transformative mission of House of Healing through administrative duties and billing. I have spent the majority of my career working in the Engineering field and now am able to focus on helping HoH's clinicians make mental health more accessible and far-reaching.
When I'm not in the office, I’m likely baking something sweet, quilting a new design, or getting my hands dirty landscaping my yard. I also love traveling to new destinations with my husband and discovering incredible restaurants around the world. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your healing journey!
