Weekly or bi- weekly session with one of our credentialed therapists. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place virtually. Our experienced therapists work with individuals that are looking to improve their overall quality of life, whether that be through managing extreme emotions, setting and working towards new goals, improving relationships and boundaries, or building mindfulness skills to live a more present, intentional life.
